This blog is an updated version of the 2002 recipe book we made in honour of our Lolo Berting (Grandfather) who always said "Don't Be Shy!!!" when encouraging guests to grab a plate, get second helpings or take another piece of KFC while he walked around the room holding out the bucket! We dedicate this blog to him, Lola Simang and our parents Ruben and Luchie who continue to show us that family is all about the food !

   The  Verzosa sisters (and Stanley!).  This was taken at 20 Mile Bay on our 2nd annual sisters camping trip.  We love cooking even when we're camping!

Dad and his best friend Bing watching the Lechon roast!  He has since upgraded to an electric rotisserie so that the pig doesn't have to be turned by hand. For the Grey-Verzosa clan, once you've had a meal with us, you become part of our family.
